So
far, human beings have done numerous studies on body, but still could not know all its secrets. Body is also a motif of expression that artists are striving for, especially in contemporary art, it is listed as one of the important topics. In many visual art works, body is treated as a symbol, it contains a large amount of social and cultural connotation, and by the connection with other objects, the bodies which in the art works can convey the meaning.

This
exhibition gathers several artists, whose works refocus on the experience of body and life itself. Some of the works are mysticism type of interventions, some arerigorous scientific researches, some are about the limitation of body, and other works express the impermanence and cruelty of life……of course, it doesn’t mean that I want to separate body from the social and cultural context when we talk about it, but rather to explore how to restore the body’s intuition and tension in the time when it is given too many external factors. And we also hope that these artists’ works can inspire the viewers’multidimensional thoughts about body and life.

The exhibition and music festival will launch at the same time, music has the melody of sound, and also has the movement of body and the strong emotions which are motivated by it; this body concerned art exhibition is just another way to enhance each other with the music festival: appreciate different life circumstances and sentiment in passion and rationality.
